What is the difference between RAG and fine-tuning?
RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) lets AI look up the right document at the moment it answers, so answers stay current and can cite their source. Fine-tuning changes how a model behaves, such as its tone, format or industry vocabulary. Most business AI relies on RAG, with model customization added where it improves results.
Is our data used to train public AI models?
No. Your data is never used to train public models. Where data is sensitive, we deploy private or open-weight models on UAE-hosted or on-premise infrastructure.
Can the AI answer in Arabic?
Yes. We build and test knowledge AI for Arabic and English, including documents in either language and questions that mix both.
