How Emira IT Solutions FZE collects, uses and protects personal data submitted through emirait.com.

This policy explains how Emira IT Solutions FZE ("EmiraIT", "we", "us"), BHB Business Centre, 103 Spectrum Building, Oud Metha, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, handles personal data submitted through emirait.com.
What we collect
- Enquiries: when you use "Talk to an AI Specialist", we collect your name, company, work email, phone or WhatsApp number and your message.
- AI readiness assessment: when you request your AI roadmap, we also collect your answers to the assessment and your resulting score.
- Technical data: the page you sent the form from, the campaign that brought you to the site (such as UTM parameters), your IP address and browser type, used to prevent spam and abuse.
- Spam protection: our forms use Google reCAPTCHA, which sends information about your device and how you use the page to Google to tell people from automated submissions. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
- Analytics: if analytics is enabled, Google Analytics collects information about how the site is used. You can block it in your browser settings.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a conversation with an AI specialist.
- To prepare the AI roadmap or proposal you asked for.
- To understand which pages and campaigns are useful, and to improve the site.
- To protect the site against spam and misuse.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to train public AI models.
Where it is stored and who sees it
Enquiries are stored in our website database and sent to our sales inbox. They may also be recorded in our customer relationship management system (Lead10, our own product). Access is limited to EmiraIT staff who need it to answer you. Service providers that host our systems or send our email process data only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to manage any business relationship that follows, and delete or anonymise them when they are no longer needed.
Cookies
The public pages of emirait.com do not set cookies of their own. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics may set cookies to measure visits. The admin area used by our staff uses a session cookie.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how it is used. Email info@emirait.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
